REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these products, exchanges and returns are not accepted. TheWigVault/ @thewigvaultt is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs, Replacing a unit because you changed your mind or replacing a unit because it’s too difficult to manage. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head, please do your research and feel free to ask any and all questions you may have before you make your purchase. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable. This also applies to any hair extensions and or hair pieces Additionally or separately purchased from TheWigVault.
All digital product sales are final. There is no refund on digital products as these are instant downloads.
CANCELLATIONS
if you cancel a wig drop off for re-vamping & re-install services you will be charged a fee of $50 and your install appointment will be cancelled.
If you put a deposit down and no show your install appointment will be canceled and deposit non- refunded
if you are late over 15mins to your install appointment you will be charged an additional $45 for being late.
*I never cancel appointments, however in the event that I did need to or if I need to reschedule you as a result to my own inconvenience to you, these same rules will apply to me and you will be compensated*

Q: How long will my unit take to be completed?
A: Ready to ship units will ship within 24- 48 hours (unless your picking up locally)
Custom made orders take 5-12 business days to be completed with a 3 business day processing time
Q. How long is shipping?
A. We ship using Canada post(Canada wide)PRIORITY which takes 2-4 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.
International shipments UPS PRIORITY which take 3-5 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.
Q. Do I need to provide Measurements?
A. For ready to ship wigs no. However for your custom wig order yes! Please read “new to wigs” to inform yourself in regards to making sure you know what size cap to choose for your wig to properly be made to your head size.
Q. Are all wigs glueless?
A. No, only closure wigs are glueless. Frontal Wigs are not.
Q. Do you offer installs.
A. Yes, however you are to come alone for your install appointment.
Q. How soon will my accessory order ship out?
A. Accessory Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is completed.
Pre- order accessories have a shipping time of 5-15 days not including processing time.
